Messages are sent to info@ruhenstravel.com and can be accessed by staff granted access to the company mailbox. Stanley is responsible for monitoring inquiries and handling deletion requests. Inquiry emails remain in the company mailbox until manually deleted. The website application does not create its own message database or automatically delete emails.
